Size of the Poster: |

The poster size for PPS-11 is 75 Cm X 180 Cm. Keep a 10 Cm X 10 Cm space on left upper corner for the Poster No. to be fixed by the organizers. |

Readability: |
|
|
The poster must be clearly readable from a minimum distance of 2 meter. Use of smaller fonts may accommodate more text but low readability may not attract many visitors! Use of multicolor fonts and placing headings and subheadings etc. with embedded pictures and diagrams reflects skill of the author. |

Selection of the Text: |
|
|
Your readers may not like to and will not have enough time to read each and every word you have written in the text. Be brief and to the point to give your message in minimum possible words highlighting the important points and leaving the comparatively less important points. Presenters must be available and explain their work to visitors. Judges will visit the venue at specified time notified in the Conference Programme. |

Arrangements for display: |
|
|
Posters will be displayed in the vicinity of main Lecture Halls. All posters must be installed before 9:00 AM on 10th November 2008 and must be taken down not later than 4:00 PM on 12th November 2008. You will be assisted by the organizers but placement, security, maintenance and removal of the posters is responsibility of the presenters. Any unclaimed poster not removed after 1 hour of the closing session will be taken by the organizers and no claims what-so-ever will be entertained. |
